Service Agreement, Policies & Liability Acknowledgment

I certify that my vehicle is in suitable condition to receive the selected service package.

I understand that Imperium Auto Spa is not responsible for pre-existing damage or deterioration, including but not limited to: scratches, dents, paint chips, oxidation, peeling or failing clear coat, cracked glass, damaged wheels, loose trim, loose emblems or badges, damaged plastics, worn upholstery, damaged interior components, mechanical defects, or other pre-existing conditions.

I acknowledge that previously damaged, loose, deteriorated, improperly installed, or aftermarket components may become more noticeable or may shift during standard cleaning procedures.

I understand that aftermarket accessories, vehicle wraps, paint protection film (PPF), window tint, decals, emblems, modifications, or other non-factory components may react differently to cleaning products and procedures.

I agree to notify Imperium Auto Spa of any known fragile, damaged, recently installed, or aftermarket components before service begins.

I authorize Imperium Auto Spa personnel to access areas of my vehicle reasonably necessary to perform the selected service, including opening doors, the trunk, cargo areas, compartments, and other accessible areas as required by the service package.

I am responsible for providing access to the vehicle at the scheduled appointment time and location.

I agree to remove all valuables, cash, electronics, important documents, firearms, medications, and other personal belongings from the vehicle prior to the start of service.

Imperium Auto Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged personal belongings left inside the vehicle.

Imperium Auto Spa reserves the right to decline to move or clean around items that employees reasonably determine should not be handled.

Imperium Auto Spa provides professional mobile car wash and surface-level interior detailing services based on the package selected at the time of booking.

Services are performed according to the customer's selected package and may include exterior wash, interior wipe-down and vacuum, window cleaning, tire dressing, and related standard wash procedures.

I understand that Imperium Auto Spa services are a professional wash — not a full restoration. Unless specifically included in the selected package, services do not include paint correction, wet sanding, ceramic coating, shampoo extraction, steam cleaning, deep stain removal, odor elimination, engine bay cleaning, or other restorative procedures.

Certain conditions may not be fully removable through a standard wash, including but not limited to: embedded stains, persistent odors, excessive pet hair, water spots, oxidation, scratches, paint defects, etching, discoloration, or permanent damage.

Results may vary depending on the age, condition, materials, maintenance history, and prior damage of the vehicle.

Vehicles requiring pet hair removal may be subject to an additional $40 Pet Hair Removal Fee due to the extra labor and time involved.

The customer will be informed if this condition applies before the fee is charged.

I authorize Imperium Auto Spa to photograph or record the condition of my vehicle before, during, and after service for quality control, documentation, and resolution of potential damage claims or disputes.

Any use of vehicle photographs for advertising or promotional purposes will be subject to a separate media authorization, if required by Imperium Auto Spa.

Because Imperium Auto Spa provides mobile services at residential properties, appointments may be delayed, modified, or rescheduled due to rain, severe weather, unsafe working conditions, property restrictions, insufficient access, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Imperium Auto Spa will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers and reschedule service promptly.

I authorize Imperium Auto Spa to charge the agreed-upon price for the service package selected at booking.

Any additional service or charge not disclosed at the time of booking will require customer approval before being applied, except for clearly disclosed fees outlined in this agreement (e.g., Pet Hair Removal Fee, No-Show Fee).

Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Customers who fail to appear, fail to provide access to the vehicle, or are otherwise unavailable at the scheduled appointment time may be charged a $35 No-Show Fee.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Imperium Auto Spa shall not be held responsible for loss or damage resulting from pre-existing defects, undisclosed vehicle conditions, deterioration, improperly installed components, aftermarket modifications, or circumstances outside of Imperium Auto Spa's reasonable control.

Nothing in this agreement is intended to waive or limit any right or liability that cannot legally be waived or limited under applicable Florida law.

I agree to disclose any known concerns, damaged areas, fragile components, aftermarket modifications, recently painted surfaces, or other conditions that may affect the safe performance of the selected service before work begins.

By checking the agreement box and completing my appointment booking, I acknowledge that:
